DOPE or NOPE? Comment below. Rounding out the Turtle Team is this set, featuring Raphael (the best turtle) as the Mighty Morphin Red Ranger, and the Foot Soldier Tommy. Raph has an exaggerated unmasked face, while the Tommy figure has a Foot Soldier masked head as well as a Tommy head. I think the Foot Soldier is the best looking figure in this series (so far), and possible the best looking Foot action figure out there! Unfortunately the only way to army build this right now is to stock up on this pack. Hopefully Hasbro releases the Foot Soldier individually later
